I'm so glad you're here. Whether you're carrying something heavy, feeling stuck in the same loops, or simply sensing that something needs to change — you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, acceptance, and a deep respect for each person's unique story. I believe that seeking support takes real courage, and I work hard to ensure our sessions feel like a space of genuine trust — somewhere you can be honest, be uncertain, and be met with care.

Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, or a major life transition, my goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches — always with a mindfulness thread running through — and tailor what we do to what makes sense for you. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is the way I work.

Why Holistic Approach Psychology

Seeing you as
a whole person.

A holistic approach to therapy means we don't just look at what's "wrong" — we look at all of it. Your thoughts, emotions, physical experience, relationships, and life history are all woven together, and real, lasting change tends to happen when we honour that connection.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we also make space for your strengths, your resilience, and your capacity for growth.

In our work together, we'll explore these different threads with curiosity and care. That might mean understanding your emotional patterns, looking at the impact of your relationships, or simply finding ways to help you feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.

At its heart, this is about helping you feel more aligned, more supported, and more like yourself.

Outside the Office

A little about
who I am.

Outside of work, I'm a wife and a mom to a busy little boy — which means life at home is often a joyful mix of chaos, laughter, and learning to let go of the plan. That season of life has taught me a great deal about balance, patience, and the importance of being truly present in ordinary moments.

I strive to bring that same warmth, approachability, and authenticity into my work. While I maintain a professional and thoughtful approach, I also believe that a comfortable, relatable environment — one that has room for lightness and even appropriate humour — can be genuinely healing. Connection matters. It's often where the real work begins.
