Individual Therapy
A space that's just yours. We'll explore what's coming up for you, untangle the patterns underneath, and build practical tools you can carry with you. At your pace, on your terms.
Hi, I'm Hailey — a Registered Psychologist offering individual and couples therapy rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and a deep respect for your story.
Anxiety has been louder than usual, and it's hard to quiet your mind — even when nothing's wrong.
Something painful happened, and it's still living inside you in ways you can't quite explain.
You're navigating a major change — and feel untethered.
Your relationships keep showing the same patterns, and you're tired of the loop.
You're doing everything for everyone else — and somewhere in there, you got lost.
Something just feels off, and you don't want to keep going like this.
I believe everyone has a capacity for healing and growth — sometimes we just need someone to walk with us while we find our way back to it. My approach is warm, curious, and grounded in mindfulness, with space for both the heavy things and the lighter ones.
Outside of work, I'm a wife and a mom to a busy little boy. That season of life has taught me a lot about presence, patience, and the messy beauty of being human. I try to bring that same realness into our sessions.

A holistic approach means we don't just talk about symptoms — we look at how your thoughts, body, relationships, and experiences are all woven together. Real change tends to happen when we honour all of it.

Therapy isn't only about solving problems — it's about nurturing your inner resilience and helping you live a fuller, more grounded life.

I offer therapy in person, by video, and over the phone — so you can choose what feels most comfortable. Sessions are 50 minutes and can happen weekly, bi-weekly, or at the cadence that fits your life.
A space that's just yours. We'll explore what's coming up for you, untangle the patterns underneath, and build practical tools you can carry with you. At your pace, on your terms.
For partners wanting to communicate more openly, navigate conflict with care, and rebuild connection. We'll work together at the pace of the relationship.
All sessions available in all three formats. Video and phone sessions are available anywhere in Alberta — in-person sessions are held in Springbank Hill, Calgary.
Reaching out can feel like the hardest part. Here's what the start of working together actually looks like — no surprises, no pressure.
Start with a Free CallWe'll have a short, no-pressure phone call. You can ask anything, share what's bringing you to therapy, and we'll figure out together if it feels like a good fit. If it's not — that's okay, and I'm happy to point you toward someone who might be.
We'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll ask questions, you'll share what feels comfortable, and we'll start gently mapping out what you're hoping to find through therapy. There's nothing you need to prepare.
From there, we settle into a rhythm that works for you. Therapy isn't linear, and we'll keep checking in along the way to make sure our work is meeting you where you are.
Phone, text, or email — whatever feels most comfortable. Share as much or as little as you'd like — even just "I'd like to talk" is enough. I'll get back to you within one business day.
If you have a question that isn't answered here, please reach out — I'm happy to chat through anything that's on your mind before we start.
Ask a questionA free 15-minute call is the simplest place to start. We'll talk through what's on your mind and figure out together if working with me feels like the right fit.
